This is a complete replacement lever assembly for a range of Dewalt Mitre Saws. This lever assembly is responsible for pulling the safety guard up over the blade when the safety trigger is released. After a while the assembly can become lose and loose its spring leaving your blade exposed and still spinning. For complete piece of mind, it is good practice to regularly check this assembly when replacing the blade or performing routine maintenance around the blade guards.
