About Us

Here at Spare Parts World, we love replacement parts and the feeling that comes from helping to get another machine back up and running and saved from landfill. Afterall, why wouldn’t we love it? We’ve been retailing spare parts for over 30 years now in a variety of ways. At Spare Parts World we take pride in our team when we consistently achieve our 5 core Values:

Based in Liverpool City Centre, this enables us to serve a variety of customers both face to face from our shop and online. We now stock over 200,000 spares parts and 60,000 Tools and Accessories at our warehouse.

History
Originally, we started out as a Black & Decker Service & Repair shop all the way back in 19**, since then the shop was bought out by BMJ Power and closed * years later. As the Store Manager Terry knew that people would not have anywhere to turn when BMJ closed, He put everything on the line and decided to re-open the shop himself with Tracy, from that day forward we have been operating on our own as Power Tool Centre, but making sure we never lost our same top-quality service that was instilled by Black & Decker that we have always pride ourselves upon.
Moving with the modern day we launched our first spare parts retail website in 2007 and have been adding more brands, spares, accessories, and tools to the online range, enabling us to provide our top quality service to the whole of England, Wales, Scotland, Ireland, and beyond.

Meet the Team
Terry & Tracy McKeown – Managing Directors
Terry has been working for Black & Decker since 1981, from then he has learnt everything that’s worth knowing about spare parts! Going from strength to strength Terry has lead the company to become the largest Black & Decker spares retailer in the UK and one of the largest Makita Spares agents in the UK, along with many other brands.
