EstimatedThis piece is the part that sticks out of the end of the impact wrench for the sockets to fasten on to. This part can snap if you are using your tool on something strong or tight, due to this, you will always want to have a replacement one of these lying around. This anvil uses a Hog Ring fitting, this exerts pressure on the socket to keep it secured. This means you can remove the sockets without tools, or by bare hands.
