These Milwaukee carbon brush is a very small part of an electric motor that conducts the electrical current between stationary and rotating wires inside the motor.They help transmit a current to the armature/motor and helps resduce the spark between two contacts, you may need to replace theses when replacing the armature/motor as these are a perishable part.
