The Coulping SA is located at either the back of the rear Clamshell on these Black and Decker Pressure Washers or the back of the front Clamshell and connected to the Motor and Pump. The Coulping SA Iis a vital spare part on these Pressure Washers and will be needed to be replaced if they arent working at 100% capacity anymore
