DESCRIPTION
MILWAUKEE CIRCULAR SAW BLADE FOR METAL CSB PM 165X5 / 8X1.6X48 - MILWAUKEE 48404220

1. Geometric tooth design for optimal performance.
2. High quality carbide and crement teeth for longer life.
3. Fully hardened pressed saw blade body for precise cutting.
4. Wide thread ensures fast and efficient chip removal.
5. Laser cut and resin coated circular saw blade body to reduce noise and vibration.

• Continuous cutting. At the end of the cutting process, the edge of the material is burr-free.
• Cold cutting. The material to be cut can be used immediately after cutting.
• Cutting becomes faster. Faster than any traditional cutting method.
• Reduced price. Less expensive than an abrasive disc.
• Reduced noise.
• Reduced vibration.
• Completely safe: non-sparking, coolant-free cutting, after which the material can be touched.

Technical data:
Saw blade diameter: 165
Clamping pin (hole) diameter: 15.87 mm / 5/8 "
Number of
saw teeth : 48 pcs Cutting width (saw blade): 1.6 mm
Material wall thickness: 1 - 2.5 mm

Suitable for:
• mild steel
• steel plate up to 2.5 mm
• steel corrugated panel , up to 2.5 mm
• steel pipe
• angle iron
• steel channel
• sandwich materials (steel, foam, panel)

Not suitable for:
• stainless steel sheet
• cast iron
• copper
• aluminum
• rebar

Optimum saw blade life:
1. The workpiece must be securely fastened to avoid vibration.
2. Do not cut several layers of the material to be cut at the same time. The gap between the layers gives more opportunities for the teeth to break out. The method of cutting affects the life of the saw blade.
3. Set the saw blade to the maximum cutting depth, the machine will reach maximum speed before cutting into the material.
4. Do not push the saw blade into the material. Start carefully, then use gradually and increase the feed to avoid sparks.
5. Optimal cutting speed and pressure will result in little or no sparking.
6. Keep the machine straight. If we follow the cut line and deviate from the line and then return, it is possible that the teeth of the disc will break out.
7. Do not apply side pressure to the disc as it will result in chips in the teeth.
8. Occasionally allow the machine to rotate freely in the material to be cut to cool the disc, especially for long cuts and thick cuts.
